What can I expect from Cirque du Soleil LUZIA?
Join us as we take you on a journey into the colorful and fantastical world of LUZIA, set in a make-believe Mexico, where you will be treated to stunning visual surprises and breathtaking acrobatic performances. LUZIA deftly guides you through the locations, people, and sounds of both classical and contemporary Mexico, taking you from urban locations like an old movie set and a smoke-filled dance hall to the beach and barren desert.

Does Cirque du Soleil LUZIA take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This Cirque Du Soleil Luzia show is held indoors in an air-conditioned tent.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
We have plenty of food and beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, available on the circus grounds. If you have a unique dietary need, please inform our team.
Are outside food and drinks allowed?
No, food and drinks from outside the site are not permitted within our gates
Is there parking available?
There will be parking available close to the site.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code. Guests typically dress in casual attire
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Our VIP and Backstage Priceless Experience and Meet & Greet opportunities may be available with certain ticket packages. Availability may be limited.
Is Cirque du Soleil LUZIA performed in English or another language?
Cirque du Soleil shows use a universal language of movement, music, and expression. Dialogue is minimal; however, when present, it is in Spanish.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, Cirque du Soleil LUZIA products are exclusively available at our on-site boutique.

Where can I get Cirque du Soleil tickets for Luzia show?
In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website
Can I purchase Cirque du Soleil tickets at the door?
If the show is not sold out, a limited number of tickets may be available at the box office. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your Cirque du Soleil Luzia tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my Cirque Du Soleil ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach out with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
Are group discounts available?
Group rates may be available for parties of 10 or more.
Do you offer press passes?
Press passes can be provided if arranged with a Cirque du Soleil representative ahead of time by contacting mediainfo@cirquedusoleil.com.
ABOUT ACCESS TO CIRQUE DU SOLEIL LUZIA
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Our site opens 90 minutes before showtime, followed by our VIP and concession tents at 60 minutes and our big top at 30 minutes. For the safety of our artists, latecomers will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed on our site, though service animals are welcome.
Is the Cirque du Soleil venue accessible?
The entire circus grounds and on-site amenities are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Under the big top, easily accessible seats and specific wheelchair spaces are also reserved.
Are companion seats available next to ADA seats?
Yes, one companion seat is typically available next to each accessible seat.
Are security checks conducted at the entrance?
Yes, for everyone's safety, bag checks and security screenings will be conducted.
What are the prohibited items at the Luzia show?
Outside food and drink, firearms, knives and professional cameras (with lenses) are not allowed on site.
Is Cirque du Soleil LUZIA accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Yes, it is accessible to deaf/visually impaired people.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, this is a seated experience. Each visitor will have a seat.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available on site.
Can I take photos or record Cirque du Soleil LUZIA show?
Small, pocket-sized cameras – no lenses - and phones are allowed. For the safety of our artists and the comfort of our audience members, only pictures without flash and short videos below the shoulder are permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
The venue staff would be happy to search for your lost item.
Is coat check available?
No, a coat check is not available on site.
Is there an age requirement for Cirque du Soleil?
Cirque du Soleil Luzia is a family-friendly show and is recommended for all ages. For young children, we recommend bringing fitted hearing protectors.
Do children need a ticket?
Children aged 2 and older require a ticket. Children under 2 may sit on a parent's lap, but please check specific show policies.
Are booster seats available?
Yes, a limited number of booster seats are available inside the concession tent on a first-come, first-served basis.
